Pulse Design are delighted to announce that they are now certified to ISO 9001: 2008 quality management standard.
In an industry where quality is the focal point, and in a company where that point is at the forefront of each employee’s mind-set, this truly is a fantastic achievement and one Pulse Design are incredibly proud of.
The task of working toward such a prestigious quality standard has been one that has involved all members of the organisation, spearheaded by directors Siraj Mohamed & Hassan Patel, who have strived tirelessly the last few months to achieve the certification. Mr Mohamed said: ‘The hard work is definitely worth it. It’s been a goal for PSI/Pulse Design for some time and to achieve the standard is testament to the efforts of everyone who works for us. We are proud of course, but the main result here is that our current and prospective customers can feel confident that they are dealing with a company who will provide them with a consistent level of high quality products and customer service’.
